New Jersey has a rich tradition of pushing the boundaries of innovation and we actually have more scientists and engineers per square mile than anywhere in the world. One of the many scientific advancements to come out of NJ was back in 1960 when the first Laser was invented at Bell Laboratories. Now in 2019 we’re reimagining the L.A.S.E.R. On Thursday, February 7th, we’ll be releasing L.A.S.E.R. DDH New England style IPA. Hoptically amplified with Amarillo, Simcoe, El Dorado and Rakau this IPA is pulsing with notes and aromas of peach, pineapple, berries, citrus and some dankness. This is a limited tasting room only release and will not be sent out for distribution. Pre-order registration here.

In order to summon the flock, the King of Birds concocted this imperial latte-inspired stout. We took our Bald Bull Brown Ale and aged it in a Rock Town Distillery Bourbon Whiskey barrel courtesy of Buy Rite in West Deptford. This created an incredibly complex beer that perfectly combines the spicy oak flavor of the bourbon with our malty smooth brown ale.
Brewed with a traditional IPA malt bill and hopped with Cascade, Chinook, Centennial, Columbus and Amarillo. Notes of pine, citrus flesh and grapefruit pith with a satisfyingly nostalgic bitterness. 7% abv.
Second District (Philly)
Tweaked just a tad from last year, with a base of German Vienna malt. Charged in the kettle with thick, dark, Fruitwood Orchards buckwheat honey and dried German chamomile, which we always source from Penn Herb in NoLibs. Fermented with our favorite lager yeast and then cold-conditioned for one lunar cycle. Crisp minerality and clean malt; Honey Nut Cheerios and rum cake with a dry a finish. Soul warming. 5.1% abv.
Crowded Castle (Chesco)
