An ode to a time not that long ago when West Coast IPA’s ruled the world. We brewed this beer with a simple foundation of American two-row malt, then hopped and dry-hopped aggressively with Columbus, Simcoe and Centennial. The beer brings forth a bracing bitterness with pungent aromas of dank citrus and sticky pine resin. Ruby & Brewery Cat (below) are excited to share it with you. 6.8% abv.

Cross Keys (Jersey)
Cans
This cloudy and pillowy East Coast DIPA undergoes a specific water treatment that provides a soft mouthfeel with an incredible citrus finish. With almost all of the hops added during the whirlpool at lower temperatures, the bitterness is minimal. The double dry-hopping with over 2.5 pounds of hops per barrel during fermentation creates a bio-transformation that adds a unique flavor and aroma to this beer while scrubbing away the dreaded dissolved oxygen usually found in dry-hopped beers. Coupled with our proprietary yeast blend, your olfactory senses will be delightfully rewarded with each blissful sip. 9.1% abv.
