Our Russian imperial stout is made with an insane amount of chocolate and roasted malts, along with a touch of oats. Aged for four months in bourbon barrels, then conditioned another 2 months on cacao nibs and vanilla beans, and a touch of espresso. Each element contributes to a wonderfully balanced stout drinking experience. The bottles carbonated naturally to provide a soft and silky mouthfeel, appropriate for the intense flavors that proceed. 12% abv.

Cape May (Jersey Shore)
A citrusy, snappy, and bright witbier brewed to be enjoyed with your favorite jazz tune. Lively and extremely sessionable, this zesty table Saison was brewed with a delicately complex grain bill of Farmhouse Pilsner, rye, wheat, and oats from our friends over at Rabbit Hill. Hopped with Hallertau Blanc and Simcoe for an assertive yet enticing bitterness. Released for the Exit Zero Jazz Festival. 4.4% abv.
Our first in-house collaboration, brewed in 2017 with our best buds from Ludlam Island Brewery. A wine barrel fermented/aged wild ale brewed with aged hops, Munich & rye malt from Rabbit Hill Farms, foraged toasted bark (Birch & Hickory), leaves and our house mixed culture. We wanted to showcase that while the temperatures were dropping, and the vegetation going dormant during a New Jersey fall, interesting ingredients can still be found, and complex flavors extracted. Both breweries spent a bit of time in the woods foraging for ingredients prior to the brew day, we ended up with a bunch of hickory and birch bark that we toasted, then added to the boil, and a bag of leaves added to the mash. All adding to the complexity of this effervescent, wildly funky, yet malt balancing acidic beer. 7% abv.
