A collaboration with the Blue Dog craft beer bars in Chalfont and  Lansdale, is a farmhouse quad aged in Marsala wine puncheons with Amarena cherries and brett for 11 months, then bottle conditioned for an additional 11 months. We get notes of cherry skins, leather, caramel, pipe tobacco, and prunes. 12.5% abv.
