Piggy Stardust Belgian Tripel

Sterling Pig (Delco)

Just like the late, great Goblin King David Bowie, our Piggy Stardust Belgian Tripel is one of a kind. Made with light Belgian candi syrup, our Belgian-style tripel features a clean malt backbone with a balance of fruity esters from fermentation, and a subtle citrus contribution from Crystal hops. 8.4% abv.

Black Mountain

2SP (Delco)

Brewed with English Marris Otter and six types of caramel and roasted malts. This beer used the most malt of any beer we have brewed to date and pushes the limits of what we are capable of in our brewhouse. Notes of velvety burnt cacao melts with almond and strawberry. Followed by a palate-coating mouthfeel and a long, sweet, but balanced finish. 10% abv.

Cape May (Jersey)

It may be the dead of winter here, but it’s summer in the southern hemisphere, which means it’s almost time for their hop harvest. Since this brew was going to be laden with Motueka and kiwi, it only made sense to celebrate that it’s at least summer somewhere! 5.2% abv.

Darkness Visible

Ten7 (Montco)

A dark and roasty IPA, dry-hopped with classic American hops. We are very proud to announce that all profits from the sale of Darkness Visible will benefit Operation Ward 57 to help raise awareness of depression and suicide prevention. Named for the memoir of Pulitzer-prize winning author William Styron, Darkness Visible tells the story of the author’s plunge into the depths of clinical depression. Fortunately, Styron was able to find the help he needed to recover and “once again behold the stars.” No sector of society is immune from the clutches of depression. In recent years, the number of first responders committing suicide has continued to rise at an alarming rate. Tragically, 22 veterans take their own lives every day. Operation Ward 57 supports wounded, injured and ill service members, veterans, their caregivers and those that aid in their recovery by providing assistance and outreach in their recovery, comfort and morale, and through advocacy, education and promotion of their circumstances.
