We wanted to find a niche in a world dominated by hazy IPAs by making a more visually appealing, classic beer style. So, we made a well-rounded and more importantly, clear IPA, that holds all the hop characteristics of its hazy competition but with a crisp, clean aftertaste.
We used an aggressive dry-hop so that the aroma is still very strong even after filtration. The Falconers Flight dry-hop in conjunction with piney Simcoe hops adds complexity to the aroma. A simple malt bill allows the hops to really be showcased.
Double Nickel (Jersey)
Our first-ever 19.2 oz can. We did some extensive field testing with this brew and after exhaustive and laborious three-, four-, and sometimes five-day weekends, we determined that starting off with a standard 16oz can format just didn’t do this beer justice. Double dry-hopped with Citra and Idaho 7, Weekend Warrior is a refreshing wave of pineapple, apricot, citrus and mango. To a true weekend warrior, the weekend never ends.
Our pale ale drenched in Simcoe and El Dorado hops. Mouth flavors include intense stone fruit, pungent citrus and fresh pears. 6% abv.
La Cabra (Chesco)
Our Kölsch, with the thought of cooling you (and ourselves) down on hot days. Crisp, clean, and on tap now. 4.5% abv.
Rebel Hill (Chesco)

Refreshing and great for the beach, Crushin’ It is soon to be your summer staple. With Citra, Mosaic, and Azacca hops blending together to accentuate the fresh flavors of orange juice, Crushin’ It is dry, approachable, and perfectly balanced. Relax in the sand. Enjoy a no-shower happy hour. This beer is best paired with good friends, sunshine, and SPF 30. 8% abv.

Free Will (Buxco)
A New England-style IPA hopped with Cashmere, Mosaic, and Citra. Prominent notes of ripe summer berry compote and orchard fresh white peach give way to a pleasant floral airiness reminiscent of mimosa flower and chamomile, with underlying citrus character and a soft, fluffy mouthfeel. 7% abv.
Flying Fish (Jersey)
As the old saying goes, “a calm sea does not make a skilled sailor.” Sometimes we travel under stormy skies to reach brighter destinations. This classic NEIP features ample haze and is double dry-hopped with Citra and Mosaic, providing hints of pineapple and mango. 7.3% abv.
Neshaminy Creek (Buxco)
This summer release is a version of our traditional Bavarian-style wheat ale, conditioned on hibiscus and tart cherry juice from Michigan. The lemon-like citrus, bubblegum, banana and clove go perfectly with just a hint of puckering tartness. Let this unfiltered, ruby red summer treat be your favorite backyard sipper, BBQ crusher or dirty, little secret. Don’ worry, we won’t tell anyone you like fruity beers as much as that over-hopped juice bomb you just checked in. That’s a thing, right? 5% abv.
Naked’s first New England IPA is made with 60 pounds of hops, peach puree, oats, wheat and lactose. It is dank, juicy and just gorgeous. 6% abv.
Ship Bottom (Jersey Shore)
First in the brewery’s Freshly Baked Pie Ale series, it’s a cream ale brewed with lemon and vanilla bean and will remind you of the pies that Grandma used to bake. Stop by and get baked with us! Released on May 25 at the brewery in Beach Haven and Beer Garden at Linvilla Orchards. 6.5% abv.
Hops are a lot like wine grapes in that not only is there a large genre of different varietals, but also that they exhibit terroir or different flavors and aromas based on where in the world they’re grown. For this brew we decided to use all New Zealand-origin hops to showcase their terroir: Nelson Sauvin, Taiheke and Motueka. Ripe notes of guava, cantaloupe and pineapple. 6.3% abv.
Ten7 Brewing (North Wales)
Nothing tricky here, just a nice classic Hefeweizen. A German wheat beer with notes of banana, clove and orange peel. Perfect beer for enjoying those summer sunsets while lying in a hammock. 5.4% abv.

Mexican folklore tells of a man who once brought a knife to a gunfight just to even the odds and who also bowls over hand. What they don’t tell you is his drink of choice is our Fighting Cocks & Cowboys Boots Mexican inspired IPA. This Maize IPA is generously hopped with El Dorado hops and combined with Raw Blue Agave Nectar. When the time comes for you to become a hero, this IPA will give you the liquid courage you need. 6.5% abv.
A first fermentation with lactobacillus gives this beer its pucker, while a second pass with our house ale yeast produces soft, fruity esters. A hint of Himalayan pink salt amplifies the flavor of tart raspberries, and coriander adds delicate notes of wildflowers. 4.5% abv.
